Why we formed this organisation was primarily down to years of experiencing the frustrations endured by both lawyers and clients alike imposed by the rigidity of the traditional law firm model. By removing the pressures individual lawyers face to meet targets and billable hours as well as augmenting technology backed solutions enables our organisation to serve clients in the most cost efficient way possible.

The how is exemplified by our ethos. With the goal of supporting our clients to the best of our ability, we strive to achieve all our engagements at a fixed price. We do not incur any expenditure without clients' express and advance approval. Where a client prefers an hourly rate basis of payment, we provide fixed and pre-agreed periodic updates on the costs incurred as well as revised estimates to allow our clients to manage and assess budgets accordingly. Our goal is to avoid the unpleasant surprises that are sometimes associated with the traditional model of law firms.
